BALLET BARRE FITNESS CLASSES.

YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE

It may look like ballet, but it's not. Barre fitness classes are simply ballet-inspired, incorporating a ballet barre and maybe some plies and pirouettes here and there into the workout. Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.

No experience required.

Modifications for every level.

Wednesday Tap classes for Adults. Please note the time change 7.00pm-7.45pm. Planning on coming???... What to wear??? …Bring your tap shoes!!! General workout attire is fine. No tap shoes yet??? That's ok....socks and hard shoes will do (hard shoe is a shoe with a sole and yes a tennis shoe will work for the first time or two). We will talk tap shoes when we are in class......Shoe price??? $20-$30 dependent upon size and style. First batch of tap shoes have arrived!!!!!!!! Come have some fun while you work. Thank you. AND DON'T FORGET YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE.
